Classes:                Code of Ethics – Cycle 6 (2 hours Elective CE credits)

REALTOR® members are now required by NAR to take this once each THREE years. The current cycle ends December 31, 2021. Course is packed with group discussions, scenarios and exploring the most violated Articles of the Code, and the enforcement processes.

Fair Housing – Legal Update (2 hours of Legal CE credit)

This legal update will help real estate brokers and salespeople avoid fair housing violations or any type of discrimination and promote fair housing practices. Fair housing Case Studies and Quizzes included.
